Job Description

SoCalGas is looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. You should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure our customers receive the best experience. If you are passionate about helping others and have a commitment to providing quality customer service, we would love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remain organized and professional, and be able to adapt to change. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
