Job Description

As the largest natural gas distribution utility in the US, SoCalGas is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We believe in providing outstanding customer service and strive to make sure that all of our customers feel listened to and respected. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong desire to build relationships with clients.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to all of our customers. This includes answering inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about SoCalGas services.To be considered for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of the natural gas industry is highly desired. The successful candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
