Responsibilities of a SoCalGas Customer Service Representative:

• Greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Respond to customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding SoCalGas products and services.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

• Process customer orders and payments accurately.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

• Monitor customer service trends and make recommendations for improvement.

• Keep up to date with changes in SoCalGas products and services.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
