- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment
Strong Understanding Of Technical Roles And Ability To Source And Attract Top Tech Talent
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Hiring Managers And Candidates
