  5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content curation and user experience, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the content ranking strategy.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including presenting updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to promote and increase user engagement with top-ranked content.
  9. Work closely with the user research team to conduct user testing and gather user feedback to inform content ranking decisions.
  10. Drive innovation and experimentation in content ranking, constantly seeking new ways to improve and enhance the user experience.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of the Snapchat platform, its features, and its users, and use this knowledge to inform content ranking decisions.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to content ranking.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze competitor content ranking strategies, and make recommendations for improvements and differentiation.
  14. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the importance of content ranking in driving user engagement and retention on the Snapchat platform.
  15. Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize new features and functionalities that will enhance the content ranking experience for users.
