Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to join the Snapchat team! As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our products and services. You will work to drive customer adoption and retention, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and outstanding problem-solving skills. We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer success, and the drive to make a difference in the lives of our customers. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related area. If you have a desire to make a positive impact on our customers, then we want to hear from you!
