  1. Develop and implement operational strategies for large customer accounts to drive business growth.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the sales operations process for major clients.

  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
  14. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of large customer accounts.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations, Preferably In A Large Customer Sales Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team.
