As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in empowering our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and prioritize training and enablement needs.
  3. Design and deliver training programs, resources, and tools to support the sales team's knowledge and skill development.
  4. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives through data analysis and feedback from the sales team.
  5. Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, including product information, sales scripts, and competitive positioning.
  6. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the sales team, both in-person and virtually.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on sales enablement, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership and individual sales representatives.
  10. Monitor and report on sales enablement KPIs, such as training completion rates and sales performance metrics.
  11. Manage the sales enablement budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
  13. Proactively identify and address any barriers to sales success, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
  14. Act as a champion for the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Stay informed on the latest updates and features of the Snapchat platform and incorporate them into sales enablement materials and training.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Background: A Successful Sales Enablement Lead At Snapchat Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In A Technology Or Digital Media Environment. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process, As Well As Experience Working With Sales Teams To Increase Revenue And Drive Results.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Enablement Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Training And Coaching The Sales Team. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Deliver Presentations, Provide Feedback, And Provide Clear And Concise Instructions.

  • Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Sales Or Training Capacity. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, As Well As Make Strategic Decisions That Drive Results.

  • Knowledge Of Snapchat's Products And Services: A Deep Understanding Of Snapchat's Products And Services Is Crucial For A Sales Enablement Lead. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Platform's Features And Capabilities, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate These To Potential Clients.

  • Analytical Skills: A Successful Sales Enablement Lead Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills.
