Music Artist Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a Artist Relations Manager to join our Talent Partnerships team. As a member of the Talent team, you help oversee relationships with artists on Snap; developing our outreach strategy, managing the day to day relationships and driving ways to increase artist’s presence across the Snapchat platform. Help develop the artist community for Snap. Ideate ways to engage, excite, and immerse artists to increase investment into Snapchat. Work with team members across various teams at Snap including Talent, Music, Content, and more. Drive artist success on the platform by ensuring they understand best practices, reaching new fans, and pursuing innovative ways to to engage our audience through new products and initiatives. Define best practices, articulate and identify unique Snapchat differentiators to the music community. Develop ways to measure success of onboarding talent as it relates to revenue and DAU growth. Define and report on progress and success of artist partnerships through metrics and analytics.
