In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of high-performing sales professionals and drive strategies to maximize revenue from our Self-Serve Managed Clients (SMC) through direct response advertising. We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital advertising and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.   1. Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for Self-Serve Managed Clients (SMC) through direct response advertising on Snapchat.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with SMC clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure Snapchat remains competitive in the digital advertising landscape.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of revenue growth strategies.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue growth strategies and make necessary adjustments to drive results.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Snapchat's advertising products and offerings to effectively pitch and sell to clients.
  8. Act as a mentor and coach to the sales team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them achieve their goals.
  9. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure a clear understanding of revenue growth strategies and goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in revenue growth strategies.
  11. Represent Snapchat at industry events and conferences to promote our advertising offerings and build relationships with potential clients.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards, in all revenue growth activities.
