We are looking for an experienced, passionate Manager to join our Proactive Trust & Safety Operations team at Snapchat! As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of proactive trust and safety professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in operations, customer service, and/or trust and safety to make a real impact on our product and user experience.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable leading a diverse team, setting goals and standards, and making data-driven decisions.
