Manager, Investor Relations
Help form and lead a best-in-class, continually evolving investor relations strategy. Craft investor-facing messaging and materials, including scripts, presentations and Q&A docs. Communicate directly and proactively with current and potential investors, and sellside analysts. Stay current on the company’s ~40 sellside analysts research and models. Work closely with internal colleagues to identify, understand and appropriately convey information to the investment community. Develop proactive investor targeting schedules, including NDRs and conference participation. Help to maintain and continually enhance the company’s IR website.
Analytical expertise to understand and interpret earnings models
Minimum of eight years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or investor relations or related field
Previous experience in TMT, preferably Internet sector, a plus
