Design and deliver proactive external communications strategies that drive awareness of our Sounds product and music offerings, creator initiatives and Spotlight, as well as handle any reactive issues. Work with the Senior Manager of Content and Partnership Communications, and leaders across Snap’s content, talent partnerships, music, product and other teams on both longer-term initiatives, reactive communications, and more. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key reporters and editors at national and local outlets. Pitch stories, create press materials, and prepare spokespeople for media interviews and speaking engagements. Collaborate with a close-knit global communications team to support music, creator and Snap partnership initiatives around the world, and identify proactive opportunities.
