Job Description

Lead a small team of local and remote 3D Artists that create mobile and game optimized 3D models, UVs, Shaders, and Textures for Bitmoji. Create high and low polygon models of 3D characters, clothes, accessories, and props set to specific technical and aesthetic guidelines. Ensure a high level of fidelity in terms of modeling, texturing quality, and optimization. Be responsible for meeting project deadlines, setting milestones, and managing your teams weekly tasks and goals. Problem solve any technical limitations and issues using creative and resource efficient solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead or management modeling role

  • At least 2 shipped game titles experience is required

  • Strong 3D art portfolio with games industry experience
