
Technical Program Manager
This role is primarily focused on partnering with the leaders in EPD to drive the program management frameworks and operational structure that support our engineers, product managers, and designers. The successful candidate will also execute on strategic programs in EPD. This includes contributing to the team by defining objectives, planning, developing and implementing processes that scale, and providing strategic guidance to your internal and cross-functional partners. Drive product release planning, readiness, and track overall release with key stakeholders. Organize and facilitate internal (EPD) and external (business teams) cross-functional meetings and town halls. Coordinate and provide communication updates to the EPD group. Drive multi-stakeholder execution with minimal oversight. Partner with teams on creating and improving product feedback and launch communication processes.
3-5 years of technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle with ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment
