Tableau Administrator

This role is different from a traditional Sales Engineer in that this function goes well beyond demos and sales support, and actually works on small projects for the customer to develop trust, show value, and educate them on the value of Tableau. In this role, the candidate will be expected to spend more than 70% of their time either on-site or virtual with customers or working on customer-assigned work. Conduct needs analysis, data reviews, and product demonstrations. Consult customers as an expert in Tableau APIs and how to use them to provide solutions to customer issues. Develop enterprise architecture and roadmaps for customers to help them plan for scalability in their analytics deployments. Help identify trends, training needs and new programs / services. Build and maintain a library of reusable Service Delivery documentation and code (to include custom scripts and coding).
