Success Architect - Migration Specialist

Accurately scope the customer needs and requirements and deliver appropriate level of service needed to successfully launch on our Enterprise Grid product. Manage the customer relationship and expectations, working diligently to provide solutions to any challenges. Work cross-functionally as a member of the Slack account team to deliver a smooth customer experience, including knowledge sharing and keeping Sales & CS partners informed on customer engagements. Use internal resources and processes to call out and problem solve on behalf of the customer. Contribute to the definition and documentation of team’s process and methodology of product implementations Actively compile and share customer feedback and opportunities for improvement with leadership and cross functional teams. Be an empathetic colleague to teammates and customers throughout the customer engagement.
