
Sales Strategy and Operations Manager
Help to define, drive, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with sales leadership team and functional teams. Assist in reporting and operationalizing key performance metrics, developing reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and actions. Frame and break down complex problems into key components, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes. Act as a strategic thought partner to various members of Sales Leadership team, helping define and deliver on the sales strategy and program across the business. Identify inefficiencies, implement change management solutions, and track progress through planning, process, and tool improvements. Assist as a hub for cross-functional teams (including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, and other internal groups, etc.), and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes.
5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles
Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
