
Manager, Recruiting
Lead company initiatives of growing scope and complexity, set strategies, expand on diversity initiatives while balancing resources to support Slack’s growing business. Manage, coach, empower, and develop a high-performing geographically dispersed team who espouse our values. Influence senior partners using a data oriented approach to drive strategic decisions. Be a trusted talent advisor and provide consultative support to leaders across the company on all aspects of recruitment to consistently upgrade teams and leadership capability with every hire. Create an environment of accountability within the team to anticipate and address client, candidates and/or Slack’s needs. Effectively work cross functionally to develop plans and drive projects from root cause analysis to deployment, to ensure optimal results, efficiency and on time delivery. Partner with Recruitment marketing, communications, Slack’s ERG, and D&I partners to define new and emerging talent attraction tactics.
