Maintenance Control

At SkyWest Airlines, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Control professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to all maintenance activities. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in aircraft maintenance and must have a current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or the equivalent. We are looking for an individual with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have a passion for aviation and the drive to ensure our aircraft remain safe and reliable. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will also be required to coordinate with the operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure that all maintenance work is completed on schedule and within budget.
