You should also have a deep understanding of networking fundamentals, scripting languages, and system monitoring tools.In addition, you should have a working knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles and processes, be capable of troubleshooting complex technical problems, and have excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Finally, we’d love to see a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for staying up to date with the latest technologies.

1. Design, implement and maintain system architecture to ensure peak performance.
2. Identify and resolve complex technical issues.

7. Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
