Sky Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Workflow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and possess a passion for problem-solving. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team.In this role, the Customer Workflow Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, developing efficient workflow processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be tasked with analyzing customer data to identify trends and making suggestions for process improvements in order to improve customer experience.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: a degree in business, customer service, or related field; at least two years of experience in customer service or workflow management; advanced knowledge of customer service and workflow management tools; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
