- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide assets and specs for implementation.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and roadmap, and prioritize design tasks accordingly.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables that meet project timelines and requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
3+ Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Ability To Conduct User Research And Testing.
