- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sirius XM Radio's brand, products, and target audience to create effective and engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and content creators to gather requirements and brainstorm ideas for new features and improvements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and design standards across all digital platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions
- Work with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented and troubleshoot any design-related issues
- Effectively communicate and present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective promotional materials
- Take ownership of projects and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In Designing User Interfaces And User Experiences For Digital Products.
Proficiency In Ux Design Tools Such As Sketch, Figma, Or Adobe Xd.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Design Concepts And Rationale To Stakeholders.
