- Design and develop user interface designs and prototypes for Sirius XM's digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and content strategists to understand project goals and translate them into effective designs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are met.
- Use your creative skills to conceptualize and bring new design ideas to life, while also maintaining brand consistency and adhering to best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of our digital products, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UX/UI design, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective promotional materials.
- Maintain and organize design assets and deliverables, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
- Act as an advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to creating a customer-centric culture within the organization.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In A Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Graphic Design, Web Design, Or Computer Science.
Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Experience Conducting User Research.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
