- Negotiate and manage contracts and fees for guest appearances, ensuring that they align with our budget and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research on potential guests to ensure they are a good fit for our shows and have relevant and interesting talking points.
- Coordinate all logistics for guest appearances, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and schedules.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, show hosts, and production team to ensure a smooth and successful appearance.
- Continuously seek out new and emerging talent to bring fresh voices and perspectives to our shows.
- Monitor and analyze audience feedback and ratings to make informed decisions about future guest bookings.
- Represent Sirius XM Radio in a professional and positive manner when interacting with industry professionals and guests.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of guest bookings and expenses.
