Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Retention In A Subscription-Based Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Strong Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Customer Management Software.
