  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the subscriber experience
  • Communicate effectively with subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Monitor subscriber feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance retention efforts
  • Meet or exceed retention goals and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all subscriber interactions and retention efforts
