- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and branding goals.
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, best practices, and user engagement to continually improve and adjust the social media strategy.
- Grow and manage the company's social media presence by increasing followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with promotional campaigns, events, and new releases.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the company's brand voice and tone.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry updates, changes, and new platforms to continuously optimize the company's social media presence.
- Work closely with influencers, partners, and other external stakeholders to develop and execute social media collaborations and partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sirius XM Radio, representing the company and its values on social media and in other public-facing interactions.
- Train and manage social media interns or other team members as needed.
- Collaborate with the PR and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall company messaging and initiatives.
- Stay up to date on legal and ethical guidelines for social media marketing and ensure all content adheres to these guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on social media, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly report on social media metrics and performance to relevant stakeholders and use data to inform future strategies and campaigns.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills With The Ability To Create Engaging And Compelling Content For Social Media.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Campaigns Across Various Platforms.
