  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve and optimize our social media presence.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and radio programming, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Engage with our audience on social media by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners in the music and radio industry to expand our reach and enhance our social media presence.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Sirius XM Radio on social media by maintaining a consistent and authentic voice and tone that aligns with our brand values.
  9. Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for real-time engagement and develop creative ways to leverage these opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute paid social media campaigns to support key initiatives and promotions.
  11. Actively monitor and manage online reputation by responding to any negative feedback or reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay informed on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure all social media content and campaigns comply with legal and ethical standards.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and providing support to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Analytics Tools, With The Ability To Track And Report On Key Metrics.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging Content For Multiple Social Media Channels.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Campaigns And Strategies, With A Focus On Driving Brand Awareness And Engagement.
