As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand and engage our audience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about music and social media, and has a strong understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape. If you have a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want you to be a part of our team.

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's brand and engage the target audience.
  2. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media trends and insights to inform strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  5. Manage and maintain the company's social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content.
  6. Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  8. Monitor and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with new social media tools, trends, and best practices, and implement them to continually improve the company's social media presence.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Sirius XM Radio on social media, representing the company's values and messaging in all interactions.
  11. Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to amplify social media reach and engagement.
  12. Manage social media advertising budget and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  13. Train and educate team members on social media best practices and emerging trends.
  14. Ensure all social media content adheres to company guidelines and policies.
  15. Handle any social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  16. Continuously track and report on industry trends and competitor activity on social media.
  17. Identify and implement new and innovative ways to engage with the target audience on social media.
  18. Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer inquiries or issues on social media platforms.
  19. Act as the point of contact for any social media-related partnerships or collaborations.
  20. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience to effectively represent the brand on social media

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proficient Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Algorithms, As Well As Experience With Social Media Analytics Tools.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Create Engaging And Creative Content For Various Social Media Platforms.

  • Knowledge Of Current Social Media Trends And Ability To Adapt To Changing Algorithms And Strategies To Effectively Reach And Engage With Target Audiences.
