  1. Create and implement an effective social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers on various platforms.
  2. Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant entities to increase brand visibility and reach.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to inform and improve strategy.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
  7. Analyze and report on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as needed.
  9. Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing and business objectives.
  10. Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to inform social media strategy.
  11. Manage social media advertising budget and work with the marketing team to develop and execute paid social media campaigns.
  12. Collaborate with artists, labels, and other industry partners to promote their content and engage with their audiences.
  13. Stay informed of any changes or updates to social media platforms and adjust strategy accordingly.
  14. Train and educate team members on social media best practices and assist in managing their social media accounts.
  15. Contribute to the overall marketing and branding strategy by providing insights and ideas for social media integration.

Job Qualifications
