  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  3. Monitor social media trends and stay updated on new features and techniques to continuously improve our social media presence.
  4. Interact with our audience through comments, messages, and mentions, and foster meaningful conversations and relationships.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media channels.
  6. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' social media strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Manage social media advertising campaigns and work with the marketing team to ensure they align with the overall marketing strategy.
  10. Plan and execute social media contests, campaigns, and promotions to increase engagement and reach.
  11. Stay updated on copyright and intellectual property laws to ensure all content shared on social media is compliant.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the company's online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or reviews.
  13. Train and educate other team members on social media best practices and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry
