- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media presence.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach.
- Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activity.
- Stay informed of any changes or updates to social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all content is in line with company values and messaging.
- Work closely with customer service teams to address any customer concerns or issues on social media.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns.
- Train and educate team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Media Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices, Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, And Linkedin.
Excellent Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Compelling Content For Social Media.
Experience With Social Media Analytics And Reporting, With The Ability To Track And Analyze Key Metrics To Inform Strategy And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
