- Create and publish engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to ensure that Sirius XM Radio stays ahead of the curve and maintains a strong online presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with our audience, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and content, to ensure consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
- Utilize social media analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the success of campaigns, and use insights to guide future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, platform updates, and algorithm changes to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Sirius XM Radio brand and voice, and ensure that it is consistently reflected in all social media content and interactions.
- Stay informed of emerging social media platforms and trends, and make recommendations for their potential incorporation into our social media strategy.
- Train and mentor team members on social media best practices and provide guidance on content creation and engagement strategies.
- Continuously brainstorm and propose new and innovative ways to engage with our audience and elevate our brand on social media.
- Collaborate with other departments to support and promote company initiatives, events, and partnerships through social media.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Campaigns.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategy.
