We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and exceptional experience with our products and services. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various projects that directly impact our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences and has a strong technical background.   1. Lead and manage the development and implementation of various projects that impact our customers.
  2. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and deliverables.
  4. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on progress.
  5. Communicate project status updates and escalate any issues or risks to senior management.
  6. Identify and resolve any technical roadblocks or challenges that may arise during project execution.
  7. Ensure that all projects adhere to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
  9. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
  10. Act as a liaison between the Customer Experience team and other departments within the company.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  12. Lead post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  14. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Technical Projects, With A Focus On Customer Experience. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Senior Technical Project Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Preferably With Experience In Software Development And/Or It Infrastructure. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Technical Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Provide Guidance And Direction To Project Teams, Motivate Team Members, And Manage Conflicts To Ensure Project Success.

  • Customer Focus: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Preferences And Be Able To Translate Them Into Project Goals And Deliverables.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: Effective Communication And Stakeholder Management Are Critical For Project Success. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Senior Management, And External Stakeholders.
