You will utilize your strong technical background, project management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to oversee the execution of complex projects and initiatives.   1. Lead the planning and execution of technical projects related to customer experience, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  5. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant materials.
  7. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer experience technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Technical Project Manager For Customer Experience At Sirius Xm Radio Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Customer-Facing Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Large-Scale Projects, Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technologies. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Technical Teams And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions.
