  1. Oversee and manage the execution of customer experience initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to effectively manage project scope and deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer service to define project requirements and deliverables.
  4. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular status reports and effectively managing expectations.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and challenges to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
  6. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the project team, continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience through innovative solutions and technologies.
  7. Utilize technical expertise to guide decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications and requirements.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.
  9. Act as a mentor and leader to junior project managers, providing guidance and support to promote their professional growth and development.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and project management, applying new knowledge and methodologies to improve project delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Field Of Customer Experience. This Includes Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Defining Project Scope, Creating Timelines, And Ensuring Project Delivery Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Technical Project Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Vendors, And Senior Management. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Manage Relationships Effectively Are Essential.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience Technologies, Such As Crm Systems, Data Analytics, And Customer Journey Mapping. They Should Also Be Familiar With Agile Methodologies And Have Experience In Implementing Them In Project Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Customer Experience Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Delivering Successful Customer Experience Projects, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Drive Projects From Conception To Completion, Meeting All Project Objectives And Delivering High-Quality Results.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Resolve Conflicts, And Foster A Collaborative And Productive Work Environment. Previous Experience In Managing Technical Teams And Working With Remote Teams Would Be A Plus.
