- Lead the planning and execution of key projects within the Customer Experience team, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of innovative solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to guide the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of project managers and technical experts to support project execution and deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, and prioritize initiatives that will enhance the overall customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between the Customer Experience team and other departments within the organization to promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Customer Experience Or Software Development Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Technical Projects From Inception To Completion.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Engineers, And Designers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
