We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Customer Experience initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will enhance the overall experience for our valued customers.   1. Lead and manage all technical projects related to customer experience, from inception to implementation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Oversee and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  6. Ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally.
  8. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to facilitate project success.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project outcomes, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to support project implementation.
  12. Mentor and train team members to enhance their project management skills.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  14. Communicate and uphold the company's brand and values in all interactions both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Software Development Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale, Complex Technical Projects, Specifically In The Customer Experience Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Project Management Methodologies (E.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) And Ability To Adapt To The Needs Of The Project.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels.
