Sirius XM Radio is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team.   1. Manage and oversee all technical projects within the Customer Experience team at Sirius XM Radio.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer service to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  6. Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and team members.
  7. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  8. Mentor and guide junior project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  9. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve project management processes.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure project success.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Represent Sirius XM Radio in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Customer Experience Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects From Initiation To Completion.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Customer Experience Principles And Best Practices, With The Ability To Apply Them In Project Planning And Execution.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
