
Senior Technical Project Manager, Customer Experience

- Develop and manage project plans for all Customer Experience projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, to ensure that all project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and technical professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
- Ensure project budgets are managed effectively and deliverables are within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Sirius XM Radio remains at the forefront of customer experience innovation.
Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Technical Project Manager For Customer Experience At Sirius Xm Radio Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Entertainment Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Start To Finish.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With A Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or A Related Field. They Should Be Familiar With A Variety Of Software Development Methodologies And Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Technical Teams.
Customer Experience Expertise: As The Title Suggests, This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience And The Ability To Drive Projects That Improve It. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Customer Journey Mapping, Conducting User Research, And Implementing Customer Feedback Strategies.
Leadership And Team Management: A Senior Technical Project Manager Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards A Common Goal, As Well As Resolve Conflicts And Make Tough Decisions When Necessary.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: This Role Involves Working Closely With Both Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Customers, And Third-Party Vendors. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage These Relationships And Ensure Project Success.
