  1. Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce systems to ensure smooth and efficient interactions with subscribers.
  2. Utilize expertise in Salesforce to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce.
  4. Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes, workflows, and configuration changes.
  5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in Salesforce to continuously improve the system and overall subscriber experience.
  7. Train and mentor team members on Salesforce processes and best practices.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce system.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on system performance and enhancements.
  11. Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate and customize Salesforce solutions as needed.
  12. Participate in project planning and implementation to ensure Salesforce systems meet business requirements.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related inquiries and provide technical support to resolve any issues.
  14. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive to continuously improve the subscriber experience through the use of Salesforce systems.
  15. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Senior Systems Engineer, Salesforce - Customer Experience At Sirius Xm Radio Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Experience With Salesforce Lightning, Apex, And Visualforce.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience: In Addition To Technical Expertise, A Senior Systems Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience Principles And Strategies, As Well As Experience Designing And Implementing Solutions That Improve The Overall Customer Experience.

  • Knowledge Of System Integration: As A Senior Systems Engineer, This Individual Should Have Experience With Integrating Various Systems And Applications With Salesforce, Such As Erp Systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, And Customer Service Tools.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Senior Systems Engineer At Sirius Xm Radio Will Involve Leading And Managing Projects Related To Salesforce And Customer Experience Initiatives. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools.

  • Certifications: To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Commitment To Continuous Learning, A Senior Systems Engineer Should Possess Relevant Salesforce Certifications Such As Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, And Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. These Certifications Also Show That The Individual Is Up-To-Date With The Latest Salesforce Features And Best Practices.
