Script Editor, Freakonomics

We at Sirius XM Radio are looking for an innovative and creative Script Editor to join the Freakonomics team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for creating compelling storylines and be able to think outside the box to captivate an audience. We are looking for an eager and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic and ready to take on the challenge of crafting the Freakonomics radio show. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Broadcasting, or a related discipline, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in producing, editing or scripting radio shows. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong working knowledge of audio production and editing software, such as ProTools and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. We desire someone who can bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role, as well as an ability to collaborate with the team to develop compelling audio content.
