10. Prepare executives and other company spokespersons for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
11. Assist with crisis communications as needed and ensure the company's reputation is protected during times of potential negative publicity.

13. Provide regular reports and analysis on the success of PR efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
