- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability for the company.
- Lead and manage the Sales Strategy & Operations team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting and tracking sales targets, managing budgets, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor and assess market competition to inform sales strategies and identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Communicate sales strategies and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to support sales operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to ensure maximum effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Ability To Develop And Implement Sales Strategies
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Crm Systems, Such As Salesforce, To Support Sales Operations And Drive Business Growth.
