Are you a highly organized and motivated leader with a passion for customer service? Sirius XM Radio is seeking a Manager of Program Management to oversee our Listener Care department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of program managers and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.   1. Oversee the Listener Care department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage a team of program managers and provide guidance, support, and feedback.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and address any issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the delivery of customer service.
  6. Conduct regular training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  8. Create and maintain departmental budgets and forecast future resource needs.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset among team members.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on departmental performance and recommend solutions for any challenges.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  13. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  14. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase the Listener Care department's success and share best practices.

  • Extensive Program Management Experience: A Successful Manager, Program Management - Listener Care Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Programs And Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Program Management Methodologies And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Implementing Them.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal Teams And External Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Articulate Ideas And Strategies Clearly And Concisely, As Well As Listen Actively To Feedback From Team Members And Clients.

  • Customer Focus: As The Manager Of Listener Care, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Customer Focus And Be Able To Understand And Anticipate The Needs Of Listeners. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Service Principles And Be Able To Develop Strategies To Improve The Overall Listener Experience.

  • Project Management Certification: A Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Or Equivalent Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise In Project And Program Management And Can Ensure That The Candidate Possesses The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Excel In The Role.
