- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AI customer experience team.
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional listener care.
- Ensure that team members are properly trained and equipped to handle all customer inquiries and issues.
- Create and implement processes and procedures to streamline the customer experience and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze team performance and make necessary adjustments to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure the success of the team.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues or challenges within the team or customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company and the Listener Care department in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance the customer experience.
Extensive Experience In Customer Service: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Experience Should Include Handling Customer Complaints And Escalations, As Well As Developing And Implementing Customer Service Strategies.
Strong Knowledge Of Ai Technology: Since The Role Involves Managing The Ai Customer Experience, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence Technology And Its Applications In The Customer Service Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Chatbots, Voice Assistants, And Other Ai Tools.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Manager Of Listener Care, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both The Customer Service Team And Other Departments Within The Company. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading A Team.
