- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier celebrities in the entertainment industry.
- Secure exclusive interviews, performances, and appearances from celebrity talent for Sirius XM Radio.
- Work closely with the programming and marketing teams to identify and book relevant celebrity talent for various shows and events.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for celebrity appearances and performances.
- Coordinate logistics and handle all aspects of talent management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming trends and events in the entertainment industry to anticipate potential talent opportunities for Sirius XM Radio.
- Act as a liaison between Sirius XM Radio and celebrity talent, ensuring a positive and professional working relationship.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative and effective strategies for utilizing celebrity talent to enhance the brand and engage listeners.
- Attend industry events and network to identify potential new talent partnerships and strengthen existing ones.
- Oversee all aspects of talent relations, including contract negotiations, talent requests, and talent-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all talent-related activities and expenses.
- Stay informed of industry standards and best practices for talent management to ensure compliance and effectiveness in the role.
- Train and supervise junior talent relations staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent relations processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Relations Or Talent Management In The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Network And Relationships With Celebrities, Agents, Publicists, And Other Industry Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And High-Profile Situations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Securing And Managing High-Profile Celebrity Partnerships And Appearances.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Communications, Public Relations, Or Entertainment Business.
