  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization's continued compliance.
  6. Provide guidance and support to other team members in regards to compliance and risk management.
  7. Communicate any potential compliance issues or risks to senior management and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stay informed on any changes or updates to regulations.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and risk management for senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Oversee the implementation of compliance training and education programs for employees.
  12. Identify potential areas of risk and provide advice on how to handle them effectively.
  13. Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained according to regulatory standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve governance, risk, and compliance processes and procedures.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and risk management for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Risk Management.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Strong Background In Governance, Risk, And Compliance.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Guide A Team In Complex And High-Pressure Situations.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements In The Media Or Technology Industry, Including Fcc Regulations And Data Privacy Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
